This project included drywall ceiling repair, interior painting, and a kitchen backsplash replacement on the first floor. The damaged ceiling crack was restored with standard drywall repair process: patching, sanding, spot priming, and repainting.
Walls were repainted in a rich burgundy color, the ceiling in soft white ceiling paint, while doors, window frames, baseboards, and trim were finished with a separate trim paint. In the kitchen, we cut out the existing drywall together with the old tile and installed a new drywall substrate.
Across the first floor, we also installed flexible PVC baseboard, allowing a clean finish around the curved wall at the staircase base.
Before painting, all walls were carefully repaired, patched, and prepared, including minor drywall repairs and surface leveling along wall perimeters, ensuring a smooth and durable finish throughout the space.
