Submit Your Request
Submit your request through our online form or by phone. Whether it’s a small repair or a large renovation, we collect initial details to understand your goals, scope, and timeline.

Project Review, Design & Planning
For smaller projects, we review the scope, materials, and estimated timeline.
For larger projects, this step may include site visits, design development, architectural or engineering plans, and detailed project planning.

Permits, Approvals & Agreement
If permits are required, we prepare and submit all applications and coordinate with local Seattle and Eastside authorities. Once the scope is finalized, we sign the work agreement and collect a deposit.

Construction & Communication
Construction begins after approvals (if required). You receive regular updates with photos and videos in a dedicated chat and stay in direct contact with your project manager throughout the project.

Completion, Inspections & Final Walkthrough
For permit-required projects, all necessary inspections are completed. Once the work is finished, you review the results, sign the Certificate of Completion, and make the final payment.
